The best industry guesses are that approximately 50% of large IT projects pay back or exceed their original investment. This is unacceptable considering the massive opportunities that exist in supply chains for improvement. We have found a number of methods to improve the odds of success. Part of this comes from understanding the history of supply chain software implementations. We provide analytical work to clients that pulls together how SCM is used at other accounts, what the history of advanced planning implementations shows, as well as in-depth explanations into different SCM functions. |

| Emerging Technologies
We have identified a number of emerging supply chain technologies that we have done the background work to understand and these technologies are on the leading edge. They include things like inventory optimization, predictive markets for forecasting and SLA management and contract development. Clients will generally not find these types of solutions recommended by large consulting companies as true innovation is not part of their business model. However, it is part of ours. |
